Abstract
Republika Hrvatska je 01.07.2013 .godine postala 28. članica Europske Unije te su se time znatno promijenili uvjeti obavljanja trgovine (uvoz/izvoz) između zemalja članica Zajednice i tzv. trećih zemalja. Roba koja se uvozi iz trećih zemalja (nečlanica EU), podliježe mjerama carinskog nadzora, dok se uvoz iz zemalja članica obavlja bez carinskog nadzora. Bitno se mijenja organizacija prijevoza, smanjuju se troškovi poslovanja, nema dugih čekanja na carinama. Promjene u carinskom sustavu dovode do potpunog ukidanja nekih dokumenata (JCD), te uvođenja nekih novih (EORI broj). Otvaranjem tržišta, znatan dio stranih prijevozničkih tvrtki proširio je svoje poslovanje na naše područje, a isto tako su se i hrvatski prijevoznici proširili na strano tržište rada. Povećanje konkurencije dovelo je do snižavanja cijena prijevoza te se ulažu dodatni napori za opstanak na tržištu. Otvaranjem granica došlo je do odlijeva vozača, što je stvorilo dodatan problem hrvatskim prijevoznicima.
Abstract (english)
On the 1st of July, 2013 Republic of Croatia became the 28th member of the European Union and thus the conditions of trade have been considerably changed (import /export) between the Community Member States and the so-called "third countries" (non-EU Member States). Goods imported from the third countries are subject to customs supervision measures, while imports from Member States are carried out without customs supervision. There has been a significant change in the transportation organization - the cost of operations is reduced, and there is no more jams at the customs. Changes in the customs system lead to complete revocation of some of the important documents (JCD), and the introduction of some of the new ones (EORI numbers). With the opening of the market, a large number of the foreign transport companies have expanded their business to the Croatian area, and the Croatian carriers have also expanded to foreign labor markets. Competition has increased, which led to lower transport prices, and, therefore, additional efforts are made for the survival on such a competitive market. With the opening of the border, many drivers had left Croatia, creating an additional problem for the Croatian carriers.
